Traditional Lobster Bisque using tons of local lobsters. We make our own stock by boiling 60# of lobster bodies and shells for 8 hours. Then we incorporate vegetables lobster meat and simmer for 4 more hours. We then blend to a smoother consistency and add brandy and wine. then brought back to a boil and cooled. (Ships Frozen)
